Getting started

How do I run my first decision?
Open the workspace on the home page, describe the decision in a sentence, optionally add your options and constraints, then generate. Your first decision is free.
What makes a good input?
State the goal, your current situation, the options you're weighing, your constraints (time, budget, skills) and what success looks like. The more you give, the sharper the matrix.
Can I export my plan?
Yes. Every decision can be exported as a Decision Pack PDF, and Aim and Bullseye plans render visuals and a pitch reel.

Billing & subscriptions

How is billing handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Arrow never sees or stores your full card number. All prices are in USD.
How do I cancel?
Use the customer portal linked from your account or email us. You keep access until the end of the paid period; unused quota is not refunded.
Do quotas roll over?
No. Monthly decision quotas reset each billing period and do not accumulate.

Account & data

What happens to my inputs?
Inputs and generated results are processed to produce your decision and deliverables. Uploaded reference material is cached for up to 30 days then cleared. See the Privacy Policy and Content License.
Do you train models on my data?
No. Arrow does not use your inputs, uploads or generated results to train AI models.
How do I delete my data?
Email us from your account address and we will delete your account data. See your rights in the Privacy Policy.
