Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Aim, Bullseye) renew automatically each billing period in USD until you cancel. Your plan includes a monthly decision quota that resets each period and does not roll over.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the customer portal or by emailing support@arrowgroup.shop. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period; we do not charge you again after that. Cancelling does not delete your account — request deletion separately if you want your data removed (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Refunds

• Unused quota is not refunded. Because access is provided immediately and quotas reset monthly, a cancelled period is not pro-rated.
• Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full — contact us with the receipt.
• Billing errors on our side are corrected and refunded.
• Statutory rights: where consumer law in your country grants a right to a refund or a cooling-off period for digital services, we honour it. Note that starting to use a paid feature may waive a digital cooling-off right where the law allows.

4. Output quality

If a rendered visual or pitch reel comes out flawed, our first remedy is to regenerate it at no extra cost. Reach out and we will re-run it. Arrow output is informational and not guaranteed to produce any particular result.

5. Free plan

The Scout plan is free and involves no payment, so no refund applies.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@arrowgroup.shop with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within one business day and process approved refunds to the original payment method via our payment processor.
